Looking for 1 Hartford Ticket

Hey Everyone,
Thanks for reading. I wish I was able to fly out to these shows, but I am getting married this Summer and money needs to be saved. Anyways, I am writing trying to obtain a ticket for one of my best friends back in CT. He has been a faithful 10c member since '94. He lost his job 2 years ago and just recently found a new one. But, things have been really tight for him. He is just not able to afford to buy tix this time around.
Therefore, I would like to buy a ticket for him. Does not have to be a 10c ticket, but would love lower level if possible. Since I live near Seattle, I would like to use PayPal to cover this. My friend would kill me if he knew I was doing this. But, I am considering it as a Groomsmens gift since he is going to be in my wedding this Summer. I just know it would make his year to be able to catch this Hartford show.
