Going into Manhattan yesterday to see an off- Broadway ( college ) production in the Village yesterday,
( * NYU Drama school production of Alan Balls '" Five Women Wearing The Same Dress " )

and we're cruising along, enjoying the beautiful , splendid weather
with the sunroof open wide open and all the windows down,

After coming out of the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel , We look over to our immediate left,

There is a wide open jeep, with a pumping and I mean pumping stereo system , surrounded in both front and rear by Giant Escalades,

whos driving the Jeep?

Jay- Z( driving ) and Beyonce ( passenger ) !

My GFs daughter was talking back and forth with Beyonce,
She yelled that we were big fans , Beyonce thanked her( us )
and Jay - Z just gave us a smile and a wave.

Only in NYC , baby .

    That's pretty cool!
Apparently Jay-Z & Beyonce got their marriage license in my town...

Actually, come to think of it, though they're far from celebrities, I saw my grandparents in the car next to me while driving on the West Side Highway once :D . It's always funny if you see someone you know in the car next to you in random places!
