    I almost did - as a joke I told my wife they should open with Lukin because nobody would see it coming (I think I posted that on the Porch too). I came close - Lukin was the scheduled opener, according to the setlist, but it got bumped to #2 in the end. Would never have guessed the actual opener in a million years.
    And I listen for the voice inside my head... nothing. I'll do this one myself.

    When I heard, I tried to think of any other show where Lukin was the opener. Couldn't come up with one. It was interesting to say the least. Even the song they ended up opening with is an interesting choice. Good for the band not giving New Orleans a "festival set" as NOLA certainly deserved more than that.
