Transportation from Downtown DC to Bristow and back for PJ

I am flying into DC and I won't have a car. My ride to Bristow just fell through and I am trying to figure out how to get from Downtown DC to Bristow and back after the show. I read I can take the 5A Bus to Dulles from Downtown DC and then probably catch a taxi from Dulles Airport to Bristow. My biggest concern is getting back to my hotel in Downtown DC after the show since the buses stop running from Dulles Airport at 1140pm. Any advice or guidance will be greatly appreciated.

    I am not 100% sure yet...I might even get a hostel room (HI International Washington DC) but need/want to be right by the White House area because my bus leaves to Hartford May 14th from Downtown DC Greyhound Station.
