    hey that picture above was from the Vs. tour, they did the same thing with the candles and back drop at the FOX in STL I was there it was my first Pearl Jam Show. "when I wore a younger man's clothes". My god I feel so old now.

    I've never been into Soundgarden until now. Wow. Blown away by Cornell's ability to still sing like that, autotune or not.

    I was very suprised on how good Cornell sounded....I wonder if there was any lip synching or such going on because I haven't heard him sound that good for a while.

    I think it was a pretty legitimate question meriting more than that response, given how he hasn't sounded that good for a while. I don't think it was lip-sync, but I would not be surprised to hear that auto-tune was involved. That being said, however, the performance was overall a great one, and with or without auto-tune, sounded excellent.

    I think in Audioslave he didn't sound that great but in the last few years at his solo shows he has been sounding pretty damn good. Stopping drinking ... and possibly smoking :? had really helped his voice

    Well anyone who has been following him since he has toured Carry On in 2007 his voice has been gradually improving, its nothing new really..

    Dont know how it would be syncing anyway, it doesn't sound like th studio album at all and if wasn't able to do it then then when did he record that version.

    Chris is not doing any lip sinking and is not drinking or smoking. His voice is getting better and better!!! I heard from a reliable source that after Chris and Eddie sang Hungerstrike in LA that Ed was like holy crap Chris have you been singing much.

    I was at the showbox at it is obvious that Chris is at the top of his game, good to see in my opinion.

    Wow they really need to play together, they are way too potent a group to not be making music. There has to be some tricks to the production, that just sounded way too perfect and clean for a club show. I mean, are the acoustics that good there !?!?
