The touringfans.net fan club seating chart is down. I'm just wondering what the numbers of people attending the show are so I can see how far behind I am.

  • 181,XXX Based on what we've discussed and from what we can tell about the venue, anyone with sub 200,XXX and maybe even 250,XXX will have REALLY good seats (7th row or better). The 8th and 9th rows will be lottery rows for lower roll number folks and the first or second will be lottery for the higher number folks. To be honest, most of this is speculation, so I guess we'll find out when the box office opens on Monday (whenever that is).

I just know I'm picking my wife up at 4:00 and we'll be in line at the Sprint by 5:00. Since touringfans is down, and I'm guessing many of us have mobile devices that connect to the Internet, we should post our seat information on a post here.

Here's some info that may help: i'm 253,xxx, and when I registered my info at touringfans before the site went down, I was number 65 with my 253,xxx number.
Of course not everyone goes there and enters the info, but that should help people out. I'm figuring on row 12-15 for me, unless I get lucky with the lottery....
Hope this helps, and see everyone in 4 days!!!!!

I hope you are right but...Before touring fans went down the nerd in me figured this:

~1000 TC pairs were sold for the KC show according to touring fans. (2000 seats). It appears that there are ~30 floor seats per row (based upon pics from the venues website). Using the 100 or so ten clubbers who registered as going to the KC show as a sample size (~10%) if the 1000 pair of tix is correct. my number 211,xxx fell about 1/2 way down the list. From this I estimated that I'd be about 11 rows back accounting for lottery and near stage bleachers used for 10c tix also.

  • I would think the ten club seats should be quite a bit better than at the united center in Chicago last year. Assuming that the number of ten club tix purchased to kc is a lot less than the number of ten club tix purchased to the Chicago shows(only Midwest stop last year)

One for the back...way back. I won't even bother posting my number that starts with a 4 and is followed by five more digits. But at least I'll be there!! And there's still hope with the lottery for the 9th and 10th rows, right?!

  • 30 seats across seems pretty skinny to me. I'm thinking 50-75 at the minimum. I think you may be underestimating your chances. Who knows, I don't think Ticketmaster sold ANY floor seats, so maybe the floor is reserved only for 10 Clubbers. Time will tell. I hope I get a poster!

I checked craigslist the other day and some folks had hard TM tix for sale on the floor in the 20's rows. I would assume that mean most TC tix will be in the first 20 rows... :D

I think they're gonna be a hell of a lot better than Chicago. I didn't go to Chicago, but remember seeing some of the #s on touringfans a few weeks ago. Kansas City is going to be a lot less fan club people than Chicago was, for sure. Still, KC had a larger # of people who registered on touringfans than DC and a couple other places. I think it was up to 120 before it went down, and I was 16th or 18th.

    131,000 for me.

A very good sign indeed. And what I was thinking. If the rows are 50 across and 1000 FC members bought seats that would be 20 rows (2000 people total). Which makes me think the rows are wider.
