Melbourne 2009, what a great boot

I absolutely love this bootleg, sounds like the band was tight and loose like Buffalo 2003 (I know some of you will call blasphemy). Oceans mid set, needle and damage done, glorified g, probably the greatest red mosquito and indifference with Ben Harper ever. I hope I attend a show this tour that is just balls out as this one. Lucky people that got to see this show.
Shows Attended

It is a brilliant boot and wish I could have been there to experience it. I'm from Adelaide Australia and couldn't go to the Melbourne concert but this is one of my all time fav boots. Brother and Oceans are two major highlights for me and Jeremy, Deep, Why Go and porch sound brilliant all together. I can't get enough of The Needle & the damage done, Ed nailed it. This is definately one boot that should be owned.

I have to agree. Melbourne was one of 2 shows(LA-4) that i graded as a "A" show. Must be OWNED is correct.

Was a really great night, the setlist had some nice surprises too, the highlight was probably Oceans. After Small Town opened I thought there would be ZERO chance of it being played mid set. Also the Ten mini set at the end of the first encore was pretty sweet!

Seeing the setlist that was written down, wish Betterman was played. It was meant to be after Black, that would have been a MASSIVE sing along! Few other songs were crossed off too ( Mankind, Unthought Known and Supersonic )

Can't complain though, best concert EVER!

Amazing show to be at - can't believe so many people were under one roof to watch them!

Nice old-school setlist. Oceans being a highlight (amongst, many others). BUY, BUY, BUY!

I love the random shows nobody talks about, but sound awesome on boot.

I'm sorry to say, but MSG, Philly, Boston and Chicago don't always have the best shows. I rarely throw in my Chicago boots even though those are the show I attend. Not that they were bad, there's just other better options.

When Ed is singing Just Breathe at the end of "hold me til i die" he says something, It sounds like mother f@#ker to me. Does anyone who was there know exactly what he says and who it was said too?

i remember this! i think Ed says 'way to fuck it up' - that's why he goes 'i'm sorry i'm sorry' at the end :)

if you listen carefully you'll notice that he f*cked up badly and missed nearly half the song

my fave version of JB was Adelaide... first gig of the tour for me and it was all just a bit too much, i can hear myself scream on the boot
