columbus start time?

coming in from pittsburgh for the columbus show. Pens are starting at 7:00 and was just wondering what time Pearl Jam will hit the stage. If need be, are there any bars or tvs in the arena to watch the end of the game? Thanks for any help

    If the show starts at 7:30, look for Pearl Jam to hit the stage about 8:45-8:55 central.

    There are plenty of bars right in the area (arena district) to watch hockey. I'm a C-bus transplant from the 'Burgh, and die-hard Pens fan, so I'll be lookin' to watch it too b/f the show. I'll post a few specifics here a little later...I can't remember the specific names of the bars off the top of my head, but there are a few sports bars either in the arena or directly adjacent.

    I'm not a Pens fan ;) , but a great place to watch hockey is the R Bar. I guarantee they will have the game on. Here's the link:

    Columbus is not central time. It's eastern

    i will be listening to mike lange on the x before the show :) i am about as die hard a pens fan as you will ever find! i'm hoping there is a mcdonalds around the arena as part of my pre-game playoff routine involves me eating a hot fudge sundae from mcdonalds (it is 5-0 so far this year, and was 16-1 last year! can't argue with those numbers!)

    Hmm, closest and easiest to get to would probably be up on campus on High Street. Around 17th ave.

    When I went to this website, I looked at the calendar for May 6 and they have Pearl Jam listed from "6:30 - 11 p.m." I sure hope curfew isn't at 11, or I'm going to be pissed I decided to go to Columbus instead of Cleveland!

    i would expect that they will have the show pretty much wrapped up at 11 or shortly there after

    This is a no-brainer, go to R Bar. It's literally right next to the arena. This place is strictly hockey and is a great place to hangout, drink some beers, and watch some hockey.
