    mental.

although the name eatwine is far superior to that of boxwine... the world's most ridiculously named product.
oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

Champagne and liqueur sorbets are common as 'palate refreshers' between courses (at least in France!). I also remember my grandmother making wine sorbet and even wine ice cream. I've never seen it sold in shops though!

they are not common here, but they do exist in some restaurants so not a totally foreign concept. well, the sorbet as a palate refresher between courses but not with any alcohol.

and joex3 - never did that with a slurpee....but i regularly add rum to the fruit smoothies i make at home.

The foods to which booze is added is so random.....Kahlua and coffee, vodka and penne, Chambord/Amaretto and Chocolate cake
