The record comes out in June but it's out there if you look hard enough. Excellent record.

I'm trying to hold off on tracking down the album out there, but I dunno if I can. I love the new single and can't wait to see them in Chicago in July.

Also, theres a bunch of videos of Brian Fallon playing acoustic out on youtube. He plays some really cool covers.

out of all the new records i've heard the last few months this one is on top. 59 sound was going to be hard to match but they did it.
This show, another show, a show here and a show there.

I'm digging the new record after a few listens. I'm not sure how it'll matc up to The 59 Sound over time but its kicking my ass so far.

59 Sound is such a fantastic album though, I love every single song.

First of all, I am not one to bitch about ticket prices, ever. This is probably the first time I ever have (well, this and Petty charging $130 for any lower level this summer) but is $35 a ticket at an outdoor venue on the river in Philly not a little much for Gaslight Anthem? Not that $15 is real important but I expected tickets to be around $20-$25.

That does seem a bit high. What venue are they playing at?

The tickets I got for them at HOB in Chicago were $23 each....not too bad.

I'm seeing them at First Ave in Minneapolis and tix were only $20. Funny how ticket for the same band can vary so much

Its at Penns Landing, its not even really a music venue, they have occasional concerts and also do movies and things there. Cool spot and will be a good time, just seems a big high.
