I've been listening to their album 'Loaded' for about 2 weeks now.

This is the first non-PJ band/group, I've been absolutely obsessed with in a long time.

It's got that old-time southern folk feel, and it's one of those albums where each song is great even on its own.

Check 'em out.

I forgot all about the Wood Brothers! Time to revisit them. Fell in love with this song years ago.

Hey Roger. IMO, they're one of those bands that needs to be heard/seen live to fully appreciate their sound. They have several live albums. A good place to hop on board w/ their live stuff is Live, Vol. 1: Sky High and Vol. 2: Nail & Tooth. The more recent 'Live at the Barn' is a solid choice as well. Studio-wise, start with some of their earlier stuff. Give 'Loaded' and 'Up Above My Head' a try. These guys are fantastic...you're gonna enjoy diving into their sound! They're on the road a lot (and actually play the south, LOL) so you've got a good chance at conveniently catching them live. Enjoy! :sunglasses:

Awesome. I prefer live over studio anyway, so I'll see what I can find out of your suggestions.  Thanks!
