My band is called "It's True!" Please take a listen...

My band, It's True!, was recently featured on NPR, was an official SXSW 2010 showcase band, and today is the official release date of our new record, not-so-cleverly entitled, "It's True!". I've been a member of this message board since I was just a kid...1997 to be exact. I don't follow Pearl Jam the way I once did, but it's simply because I got too caught up in making my own music...and my tastes changed over time (but I still love the band!). I know everyone and their brother is in a band, and there are SO MANY freaking bands out there, and most of it's crap...and maybe my band is, too. But, if you guys could take just a moment to give us a listen...some feedback from some fellow fans would mean the world to me. Thanks!

Thanks! It was engineered by AJ Mogis...he's worked on albums by Bright Eyes, Cursive, Pete Yorn, and just a whole slew of other great acts. I know I'm dropping names here left and right now, but we used two different studios in Omaha, NE...one owned by Conor Oberst (Bright Eyes) and one owned by The Faint. We think we're onto something, but we're still searching for a label. Thanks again for the feedback!

You guys obviously have talent. The production sounds excellent. I thought Take This One From Me was beautiful in a laid back 1950's ballad kind of way. Keep up the good work and I'm sure you guys will get signed soon.
