ticket pickup instructions..

How soon before the show does the Ten Club notify us of our ticket pickup instructions?
This is my first time purchasing tix through tc...can't wait to see them in Indy!

    seems like Philly last year was about a week before the show.

    Still nothing for KC yet....however, I believe as long as the box office is open, they probably will have the tickets there for us.
    No longer overwhelmed it seems so simple now.

    seems like Philly, the box office opened at either 10 or 11 am on sat. i know i picked up my tickets before the flyers game at noon.

    The "final confirmation" emails have the box office time in them. For Columbus it is 3 pm, for Indy 2pm

    I just got my email confirmation for Hartford. Ticket windows open at 3.

    Got my confirmation yesterday for indy..yay! Can't wait!
    Anyone else stayin at the crappy Super 8? lol
