Shit. I won't be able to go even if they come around my area. They must have the same tour coordinator as pearl jam. Why the hell can't they just announce all the dates instead of announcing them when they're available.

    Learn to swim!!!!
  • Here's hoping they return to australia, we've been starved of them since 06!
  • I've never seen these bastards, only APC twice. I wanna see the REAL DEAL.

This is great news, I only wish they would tour in late july-august, then I might be able to catch a show, June is no good to me, and I would really love to see them live, since I never have.

But it has been a while since they toured, no?
I am just a dreamer, but you are just a dream...
If I knew where it was I would take you there.

Wonder if they'll play the same setlist in the same order AGAIN?

Sweet! 2 West Coast show's soon. Hopefully another Bell Centre show in Montreal. The '07 show was one of my favorite show's of all time.

like that's such a horrible thing. i find it convenient. then i only have to catch them once. saves me some money.

When they do it for 200 straight shows, it gets old, even to them. They looked bored as hell when I seen them, then played 100 more shows with the same setlist.

If there is a show around me, I hope there has already been a few shows before tickets go on sale so I can see if the setlists are any different. I doubt that will be the case though. I'm not going to go if it's just the same show as the previous few tours.

Then you only have to catch them once every three years... their 2009 summer setlists were the same as (or shorter than) their 2007 setlists. Granted, they had nothing to promote in 2009... but they do have a pretty decent back catalog they could have delved into.

I saved money by not attending any shows in 2009.

I've seen them live over 20+ times and ya they play usually some of the same set lists but who the fuck cares!!! They are by far one of the best live bands in the world. I'm good for usually 3-5 shows for every tour. And I bet this tour will be different with different set lists........hopefully!!!!!

I think seeing APC is something to be more proud of. I had the privilege of seeing them twice too.

Seen Tool twice though, and they kicked ass the first time...the second show had too many in between, noise making jams for my liking...but hey, it's a Tool show...can't complain too much.

Great news!! i just wish they come over to Europe, especially Germany again!

Saw them 06/06/06 ( ) here in Hamburg, was totaly lulled in music and stuff ;)

A few shows in Europe would be great but I'm not sure it would be popular in my house after dragging the missus to 3 PJ shows next month when she thought it was only going to be 1. I saw APC in 2004 and I thought they were the real deal but I'd love a Tool gig this year and can't wait for a new album.

So is there any news of a new album? These guys are great live, but I'd really like to hear some new music from them.
Wrigley Field (Chicago) 7/19/13, Pacific Coliseum (Vancouver) 9/25/11, ScottTrade Center (St. Louis) 5/4/10, Sprint Center (KC) 5/3/10, Wachovia Spectrum Arena (Philadelphia) - 10/31/09, Key Arena (Seattle) - 9/22/09, Key Arena (Seattle) - 9/21/09, United Center (Chicago) - 8/24/09, United Center (Chicago) - 8/23/09, Colonial Center (Columbia, SC) - 6/16/08, The Vic Theatre (Chicago) - 8/02/07, Pepsi Center (Denver) - 7/02/06

Actually come to think of it, I just might be a puddle full of detriment.
