I think the difference is that these were our OWN pictures not just something we'd found on the internet.

Black Diamond once stole the avatar I was just about to upload and then he went and changed it. However, if I were to use it now, it would look like I was copying. It was the close-up of the croc with the real human arm in its mouth. I loved that pic.
