Tomorrow! OCEANS in Columbus, Please!

OK I'm throwing it out there... starting the 3rd (or 4th) show of the tour with Oceans would be amazing. Sure, OH doesn't have that 'Ocean' feel like California, Florida, Australia, etc... but it would be a great way to start everything up.

OCEANS... OCEANS... OCEANS. Opener or mid-set... whatever works. I'm not picky!

    That's fine too,but I dont want to have to wait until the last show of the tour to finally hear it! :)

    And Undone and Alone are both fine in my book!

    There are 11 shows between KC and MSG2... they can play it twice. :D

    It's my curse. Most PJ fans would love to hear what I've heard. You name any other song that you would like to hear, chances are I've heard it at least twice.

    I feel that way too - I'm at 38 and no Oceans. Missed it by going to the wrong Milwaukee show in 95, they crossed it off the setlist at East Troy 2000... no bueno.

    KANSAS CITY though... Oceans is coming to your city! :)

    At least you have been close. It's never been played anywhere near where I was, or at a show I should have been at. Maybe that is a blessing. It would really be upsetting if they play it at MSG1, which I can't make, and knowing I could have heard it by just talking my wife in to one more show!

    Other than MSG 2, I'd also take it at Columbus, Cleveland, or Buffalo. Or all 4 would be great. How about we make everyone happy and open every show this tour with it! :lol: I'd be happy to hear it once, but how amazing would it be to have heard it multiple times by the end of the tour!?!?!

    Sadly I'd prefer it at MSG2 because my wife will be there, but I dont want to have to wait it out again... 38 shows and no Oceans is too many. :)

    But yeah - they might want to do it 2-3 times over 12 shows I would think... hopefully!

    I was right there with you, Neuge. GREAT SHOW! I was fortunate to sit next to Ms. Beth Liebling that night. She wanted to come out and meet some of the fans and see the band from the crowd. Very cool.

    Yes, GREAT SHOW! I was 16 and it solidified my Pearl Jam allegience. I would be very satisfied to get a show at STL next week as good as '98. Thats cool you got to meet Beth, I wonder what she is up to now days.

    Chances are they wont play it twice...they rarely play it once.
    Im going to 3 shows on this tour- VA, and both MSG- MSG 08 they opened with the same song twice- dont know why they would do that!

    Same here! That show rocked! My first PJ show

    That being said, i'm going to the KC and St Louis shows next week, and I'd love to hear Oceans again in KC.
