Columbus hotels I did miss something?

I have been trying to book the hyatt in Columbus via the request of the group Ten Club and they do not have a clue of what I am talking about. Am I doing something wrong or miss reading or being db?

    i did!!! i am, for once, following the rules? and they do not have a clue of what I am talking about like who what club are you with? have you or anyone else had this trouble?

    I think I have it covered. You actually have to call the place and ask the person who answers for Jodi not the reservations dept of the hyatt, but the reservationists of the hotel. Thanks 10 Club
