Not sure if anyone is/was a fan of theirs. I was, but apparently the band have split up.
The Fratellis appear to have split up. Both singer Jon Lawler and bassist Barry Wallace posted messages on their forum saying the band are unlikely to record together again. "We have no plans to work together right now. Sometimes things just work out that way. Mince, Baz and I are working on music but not with each other for a while," Lawler explained. Meanwhile, Wallace reminisced about the band's past success. "From the very first day we got together, The Fratellis never had a plan as such, we knew we were good, we knew we had a chance to make it," he said. "Turns out we were right, everything fell into place and we've spent the last five or so years touring the world sharing this great music with you all. At this particular point in time though we've found ourselves making music still but just not together. This is just the way it goes I suppose sometimes." The frontman is currently singing in Codeine Velvet Club, under his real name Jon Lawler (Thefratellis.com).

Their first album was great, Costello Music. Their second album was ok, few good songs on it.

I read that today, sad news. Costello Music is such an upbeat madness, I played the shit out of it when it came out!

everytime the blackhawks score a goal at home, they would play chelsea dagger...didn't listen to the band but that song has brought some good vibes.

I loved the first album, have the second one but haven't listened to it as much.
As a huge Hawks fan, I hope this is not a Stanley Cup jinx, ha.
