No indication on "Order" section...but was charged

Ok, so I tried to get tickets today when the pre-sale started. As soon as I checked out, it brought me back to the home screen. My card was charged, it does not show anything on my "order" section besides the membership from couple of weeks ago, and I did not get a confirmation e-mail?

Is this normal? Because no other fan-club pre-sale has done this from my experience, and this is the first time I ever bought Pearl Jam tickets through the fan-club.

they took my money but I dont have any tickets...this is the first ever place that did that to me...and ive bought tickets from different fan clubs...from michael buble to aerosmith...no other fan club ever did that to me...
