it comes up randomly. it was used even before the last round of 10c sales.
to make the 10c ticket buying/F5-fest experience even more fun?
to tell you to leave their fucking faces alone!? idk. it's just a clever graphic that pops up when the site is overloaded. it sucks to see, but it's just keeping in line with the backspacer art.
