I got shut out of both MSG's, but got Newark.
I'm a New Yorker and the great thing about the Pru Center is that it's a 20-25 min train (not subway) ride from NY Penn Station
-It's a block or two from the train station
-It's brand new
-the band has never played there
-it doesn't get better than NY, NJ, Philly, and Boston fans
-the train ride back to NYC is going to be wild
> NYC bars close at 4am... some at dawn

It's easier to get to Newark Penn Station via New York Penn station than it is to say the Lower East Side. You're only stepping on Jersey pavement for 1-2 blocks, then back to Manhattan for a PJ after party!
