membership question

If someone's membership ran out on April 10th and 10C gives them a 2 month grace period to renew in order to hold the same mebership number, does that mean they can renew tonight and still be eligible for the Newark presale tomorrow?

    good question. I think the grace period only applies to keeping your #?
