Who else picked up on SG using PJ's mailing address?

And Tim is the contact, so Santos is double-timing over at SG's world?? If they do tour after Lolla, that's gonna complicate any possible Fall/20th Anniversary stuff, no? I understand sharing Matt and being friends and all, but what does this mean for PJ's plans? Is it just easier business practices since SG is only a reunion-type of gig?

p.s. I found it under 'Information' on the SGworld page...
I met my wife here...you can too! Don't lose hope!

I picked it up the first day the new Soundgarden forum started along with the purchase of the t-shirt & hoodie, that the purchase order under Credit Card was 10club Pearl Jam Soundgarden. Then seeing that Kat & Sea are there & all the forum's rules are exactly the same as the one's posted here, it was all Pearl Jam 10club run.

Meh..I feel the same way about Soundgarden. To each his own, I guess. If we all liked the same music it would be a pretty boring world.

Geez, after reading that one girl's posts... wow did she misinterpret that Spin article. I joined just to post a few relevant quotes of the article so people would understand what the band ACTUALLY said.

I noticed they were using the same mailing address, Kat & Sea as mods & Tim is the contact as well. As long as we don't have to pay double membership fees then I'm ok with it.

Soundgarden has always been one of my favorite bands but I can't believe how ignorant some of their fans are...i.e. "Flutter Girl"...she should get her facts straight before she opens her mouth.

I caught this about a week ago (not to mention Kat and Sea moderating their board too). Posted about it on the SGW forums. I like it. I think it only makes sense. And it confirms that Matt Cameron will always be the drummer for both bands. The bond between the two bands is as strong as ever.

Exactly, that's why I posted quotes from the article. I figured it might shut her up a bit or at least put things into perspective for the other people posting.

I think reading that thread shows why shows aren't selling out and albums aren't selling like they once did. People either don't even know PJ are still releasing albums or they got fed up after Vitalogy. And these are people into the same genre of music.

I like both bands. Depending on my mood it flips back and forth.

i noticed all that the first day i signed up for the mailing list and viewed that forum. i think it's cool they share the same HQ now sorta comes full circle with both bands having a friendship to the late great andy wood.

With regards to that Soundgarden forum thread, I had quoted your post which was quoting veddergirl, and when I went to whittle down what I wanted to highlight, I accidentally got rid of her and left you in. It was not intentional, and my apologies for the error. I will be more dillegent with editing next time around.

I'd picked up on Kat and Sea being mods ... but maybe because there is no merch for us ladies yet *nudge. nudge* ;);) ... hadn't picked up on mailing addresses.

Nice to keep it in the family
So are we strangers now? Like rock and roll and the radio?
