I am from Boston and am traveling down from Mansfield/Boston Mass to see Pearl Jam perform at MSG on 5/20 and 5/21 and I already have a pair of 300 level tickets for the first night sec.333 I dont know how they are going to be...? I was wondering how the ticket scene infront of the venue will be before the show? Alot of people selling tickets? How expensive? Etc. I am searching for better seats for night 2 somwhere from the 50-90's 100's or 200's infront of stage and need to figure out the best way of scoring great seats for nothing too rediculous? I was away for the ten club presale and gen pub so im trying to get everything together now.... Please help a felloow pj junkie our!!!! What is the best way of going about this and not getting ripped off and getting great seats for nothing too much to see my favorite and the best live band in the world!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I guess it depends on how determined/patient you are. I've been making the Boston to NY trips since 08 and have not seen many tickets being sold around the arena on the last few tours. If you are willing to walk around the arena for a couple hours asking, I would think you would find something, but I have no idea how good the seats would be.

You can't touch anything decent right now online, so I would wait...keep checking TM a week before the show and see if anything pops up. If not, check fansnap.com and bite the bullet. These tickets are like gold, so you're probably looking at @$300ea for decent seats if you wait long enough. Good luck!!

if you can buy from StubHub so you will be protected, sure they may be a little more, but you will def get in and worse case, you will get your money back. a lot of scalpers selling near msg have fakes, unless you find some fans looking to get rid of extras (i was lucky to have that happen to me for msg2 '03, got a pair for face like 30 min before showtime).

Check Ebay as well, but be very careful about who you are buying from and make sure you check their sales ratings.
