Long story short: Nebraska has enacted a law that outlaws abortion (with rare exception) starting at 20 weeks gestation. This is in violation of Roe, which says states can't outlaw abortion until viability. It's obviously an attempt to challenge Roe. I'm curious to see how this will all play out...

Our government is the potent, the omnipresent teacher. For good or for ill, it teaches the whole people by its example. Crime is contagious. If the government becomes a law-breaker, it breeds contempt for law; it invites every man to become a law unto himself; it invites anarchy. - Louis Brandeis
