Tailgating in Hartford ??

Is parking conducive for tailgating by XL Center ?? Or is it more MSG-ish and just hit a bunch of bars ??

    I'm staying in the Hilton which is connected to the XL. So I can party and just walk into and out of the concert. Bit costly but worth it.

    well there is a multilevel parking garage
    and I guarantee people will be partying there
    especially on the top if its a nice day
