Pearl Jam dataset

Hi everyone, fairly new 10C member here!

I'm studying I.T. at the moment at uni in Australia at the moment, and I got an assignment where I need some large piece of data to manipulate. The first thing I thought of was Pearl Jam's live shows! But to get what I need (i.e. basically a list of every individual song performed live since 1990, im guessing this would be about 13-14K) would take a long time to manually get from the website here. I've tried emailing 10C but with no success at the moment. When i'm finished the assignment the program i'm making will have the same functionality as the list of songs played live on the website, plus more, like number of songs played in each state, cities, songs by year etc. I was wondering if anyone knew of any places on the internet I could get anything like this?

Thanks!

You could try going to fivehorizons.com and getting setlists up until the point they stopped posting setlists, which I think was '05. Then just paste all of them into a text file, replacing each comma with a line break and then paste into Excel (having to manipulate the file at that point to put the show & date into a new column and auto filling next to each song so that when you import into a database each song correlates to its show).

Yes, I've done similar before :)

The Five Horizons Concert Chronology was moved to Two Feet Thick in 2005 and is still going, everything should be there.

    Thanks for the help everyone!
I do know about twofeetthick etc. The trouble is doing all of those songs and formatting them right for what I need will take a long time :( , and I dont really have that much time. The only way I was going to be able to do it is if all the songs and venues etc are already in an excel file or something similar, but its probably a long shot to find something like that! Ill probably end up finding some other data to do this assignment on, but if I have some spare time in the future ill have a go at the Pearl Jam one :D

Maybe you could drop the guys from twofeetthick an email and ask them if they have the data readily formatted and would be willing to share them with you... I mean, the lists on their website have to come from somewhere, and it's not too long a shot to think that they archive their stuff in some way.
