Chicago weather this weekend?

I've seen threads about hotels, food, the venue.. But what about the weather? I know how it is normally (hot, humid, not fun..). But when looking on weather.com, it says there's a chance of rain and the percentage seems to keep going up for Friday and Saturday. I'm just hoping it's lying and rain won't interrupt my walking tourist activities..

Anyone who lives that way wanna guess about the weather? Think you're getting rain this weekend? Or is the weather channel acting like it does when it talks about Vegas.. Chance of rain but really a better chance of gambling being outlawed..

    well im no weather man, but this has been one of the nicest weeks of the summer weather wise. Not too hot, sunny, nice breeze. The news has been saying a chance of storms though. I wouldnt be too worried
    Further back and forth a wave will break on me, today...

    Sorry, we used up most of our good weather mojo last weekend (highs around 80, very low humidity, LOTS of sun). This weekend temps looks good in the low 80s with scattered storms Friday and Saturday, clearing by Sunday. I wouldn't let that forecast change any outdoor plans.

    It's certainly not as dry as Vegas but Chicago isn't really considered a humid area. We don't really get the extreme heat either.
