inexpensive electric 12 string

I want an electric 12 string but don't have alot of cash (due to PJ shows). I have been looking at the Dean Boca 12.. its only 300 bucks.. does anyone have one? what do you think?
None are more hopelessly enslaved than those who falsely believe that they are free.

    I'd also check out reviews here:

    I'd also look at the Danelectro 12-strings, as they're pretty cool guitars, and you can sometimes find a 12-string Strat for a decent price. The holy grail here is probably the Rickenbacker 360-12, which is a phenomenal 12-string electric, but is anything but cheap.
    ...and if you don't like it, you can suck on an egg.

    Really, I feel like the Danelectro would be closest to a Rickenbacker on a budget.

    The problem is trying one out.. the dean is at the store. Dano doesnt have one out right now (only seen them on ebay) And i did like the dean
