There are only two songs that come to mind when I think of least favorite Pearl Jam songs:
Rival - Cant really find anything I like with this one except a good Stone riff; slow, boring.
Who You Are - Great lyrics but probably the dreariest song Pearl Jam has done, I was very surprized it was No Code's first single.Post edited by Oceans 98 onSt. Louis 07/02/98, St. Louis 10/11/00, New York 07/08/03, New York 07/09/03, Chicago 05/16/06, Chicago 05/17/06, Bridge School 10/21/06, Bridge School 10/22/06, Chicago 07/05/07, Chicago 07/24/09, Kansas City 05/03/10, St Louis 05/04/10, PJ20 09/03/11, PJ20 09/04/11, Chicago 07/19/13, St. Louis 10/03/14, Ohana 09/24/21 (EV/Earthings), Ohana 09/25/21 (EV/Earthlings), Ohana 09/26/21, Nashville 09/16/22, Louisville 09/17/22, St. Louis 09/18/22, Oklahoma City 09/20/220 -
Ok, not including covers and the werid experimental songs (which I acutally like apart from Hey Foxy)
1) Deep - Worst song on Ten, and now sounds one of their most dated. Don't like the riff, and although the verse is cool, the chrous just doesn't do it for me.
2) Spin The Black Circle - Probably their first bash at a full on punk song. Pretty poor. Rarely played live now so the band obviously agrees.
3) Help Help - There's alot of pretty uninspired stuff on Riot Act, but this is surely one of the worst songs they ever recorded.
4) Half Full - Now this one seems to be rated as one of the highlights on Riot Act. For me its a crappy blues dirge with sloppy Vedder lyrics about cimbing out mountains, and looking at the sea. The jam at the end live is pretty good, but the studio version is horrible.
5) Parachutes - This one kind of grew on me after a few listens of Pear Jam back in 2006, but now I can't listen to it. Its a nice little Gossard melody but Vedder ruins it with poor vocals, sounds like he's stretching all the time for the high notes. Pretty painful. The verses are too long as well, should of shaved it down to a little 2 minute song0 -

Why would anybody in their right mind pick "In The Moonlight" or "Cropduster"?
"Get Right" rocks.
"Big Wave" rocks.
"Parachutes" is gorgeous.
You people have no taste for interesting music. Am I on the Bon Jovi forum?0 -

sweet lew - one dog that should have been euthanized
hold on - a dog that should have stayed lost
gone - better when ed does it alone, but the full band version goes no where
deep - my least fave of ten.. but not terrible. early live versions are good, but as some one said, sounds dated these days.
half full - not bad live, but i'd rather just hear red mosquitoi'm more a fan of popular bands.. like the bee-gees, pearl jam0 -
