buffalo, ny pearl jam fans are so excited about this show! there's nothing else to do in this city other than the sabres(hockey), so this is concert is a big deal for us.
the atmosphere in that arena is gonna be wild.
we'll give pearl jam the best audience feedback they've seen in a while.

Give them a night to remember buffalo fans like they will for us!

And Rochester fans too! PJ has not played in Rochester since 1994! Most bands don't anymore though so I can't blame em, still its gonna be nice to only have to drive an hour to see them this time instead of the longer trips I've made. I love Buffalo though and I'm so pumped to see this show at least near my hometown, my fellow Western New Yorkers and Canadians lets definitely make this a historic show!

There's good reason to agree with this thread. I remember the last time they played in Buffalo, Even Ed mentioned the energy from the crowd.

I also went to this show 5-2-03. Yes Ed did give a good shout out. I was 8 rows from stage right in the 100 level. This is the first show I will be at with 10c tickets. Are we going to try and get a pre-party going? ;)

Buffalo will lose this battle just like the 4 superbowls in the 90s (ok that was a low blow) :-)

    Ed quotes in Hartford 2006

    1. We played a show in the cold like this in the past and hated it. You guys are doing your part.

2 Hartford are you alive tonight. Rain, sleet and snow can't keep Hartford from being alive tonight

    Its been 7 long years.

Buffalo 03 was my first Pearl Jam concert.
The show that changed my life.

Yeah I've been waiting for PJ to come back to Western NY since that show in 2003. I can't believe it took them that long. Buffalo '03 was supposed to be my first show ever, but I was a broke student at the time and couldn't go. I got to see them for the first time in 2005 in Hamilton, ON and that crowd was so into the show it really made up for it. Hopefully Buffalo won't dissapoint this year though, I know I can't wait thats for sure!

  • I just made the decision to go to this show. I didn't realize that Buffalo was only a little over 5 hours from Columbus until the other day. I can't wait, I think it will be a great mix of Canadiens and New Yorkers which should make for a great crowd. What's the capacity there? And are there rear stage seats for this?
