That is a great album and maybe under rated. Electric is really good as well.

I am a firm believer that Love is one of the best albums of the 80's.

I'll be checking tour dates, if they're coming to SLC I'm there in a heartbeat.

    6/12/08 - Tampa, FL
    8/23/09 - Chicago, IL
9/28/09 - Salt Lake City, UT (11 years too long!!!)
    9/03/11 - East Troy, WI - PJ20 - Night 1
    9/04/11 - East Troy, WI - PJ20 - Night 2

Saw them about 2-3 years ago at the Fillmore here in SF ... they were outstanding.

Of course, they played a few tunes off LOVE. I could listen to them play The Phoenix 10 staight times and not get sick of it.

Oh, and my best Cult story ... front row, The Cult on their Sonic Temple Tour opening for Metalica on their ... and justice for all tour ... Billy Duffy handed me a guitar pick.

At age 15 or whatever I was, I thought that was the shit.

^^^Cool story. I saw them on that tour as well. Also saw them when Guns 'N' Roses opened for them. They were one of my favourite bands back in the day. I saw them at least seven times :P

they are the only band i've met backstage too about 3 years ago; very cool guys. Saw them a few times and they put on a great rock and roll show. Electric is an outstanding album that gets overlooked. great band.
