My heart goes out to all people and their families affected by ALL of the earthquakes lately.. Is it just me, or is the pacific "ring of fire" just going nuts lately?? kind of makes you wonder what is next???

Vancouver Island is still waiting for its share of big earthquakes.....
You can spend your time alone, re-digesting past regrets,
Or you can come to terms and realize
You're the only one who can't forgive yourself
  • No, I don't think the Pacific rim is doing anything unusual. A few years ago, the TV news reported that eight huge earthquakes had occurred all over the planet in a 24 hour period. None of the quakes was big news by itself because they did not hit densely populated areas.

Today, I was nervous about the area's earthquake while it was happening. But overall, I was far more disturbed by the unmarked plane flying back and forth, blanketing the L.A. sky with expansion foam that blocked out half the sun. By any name: "Direct and Indirect Aerosol Spraying Campaign," "Chemtrails," "Terraforming," or "GeoEngineering," it is creepy to witness on an almost-daily basis. I'd be happy to take more frequent earthquakes if it meant getting back the blue sky we had here in the early 90s.
"May you live in interesting times."

Yes, the Pacific Rim doesn't act unusual, that's true.
But sea level changes due to climate change are thought to be able to cause higher frequencies in earthquakes. Mainly due to an excess of pore pressure.
