Hey everyone,
Yesterday I was returned to NJ from my 1 week stay at Aruba. I went with my family and we flew on my uncle's private jet. He rides new ones from Net Jets every trip. We flew down in a pretty big plane that seated 10. So to come back to the states we took a smaller one that was an 8 seater. Luckily I had all the 09' boots on my itouch to listen to. We took off at 10:30ish. After listening to different PJ live songs, I finally decided to put on a show and close my eyes. I put on LA 4. In the beginning, EV said to the crowd the band was going to blow the roof off the GIbson Amp. When I heard this I knew it would be a great and long show. I closed my eyes and started to listen to this great show.
Next thing, about 3 hours into the 4 and 1/2 hour flight, I wake up to the copilot telling my uncle that the left engine went out and we had turn around to land in Turqs and Caqous. By this time I was on Crown of Thorns. I landed to Indifference. After we landed the pilot said we had a 75% chance of landing safely. Indifference has a new meaning to me now.
So luckily there was another Net Jet in Turqs so we took off to go back home in about 30 min. This was lucky. So we flew in to Bell Air in NJ (small airport) but we were supposed to land in Newark. When we were 10 min away, the plane flew high in the air so fast and took a major drop. My uncle and my cousin who were playing Gin said they saw another plane right next to us. When we landed the pilot came to us and said a plane or the control tower didn't communicate w/ us and that we missed the other plane by 200 ft! My life was saved twice in a day. Just wanted to share this.

seriously tho - what the cuss is going on with the air traffic controllers in the NYC area? ... first the helicopter in the hudson, the dad who let his kid talk to pilots ... and now this ...
