    I was going to eat some with pretzels.... just found out I ran out :(

    It's crazy, can you believe I have bought maybe 1 or 2 jars of peanut butter over the last 5-6 years simply because I cannot contain my love for it rationally?

    I'm serious ... I won't buy it because I love it FAR too much. Especially crunchy peanut butter.

    Slap it on a toasted plain bagel ... heaven!!!

    Assume you mean hard pretzels ... but the idea of having it on a warm baked pretzel now intrigues me.

    Peanut butter on its own is ridiculously good ... but, there's something about getting it warm and melty that makes it other worldly.

    yep, hard pretzels (though I won't rule out the tastiness of it on a soft pretzel).

    my ex used to put it in ice cream.... mmmm I wish I had ice cream, that would need a separate thread :D

    the only thing remotely like ice cream I have is Pomagranite yogurt... maybe if I drink enough wine it'll be easier to pretend???!!!

    ok, here's where my love for PB diverges ...

    I love peanut butter ... I adore peanut butter ... I very well may name my first born "Peanut Butter" ...

    But peanut butter flavored things, like ice cream, or toppings ... blech.

    (Best chocolate covered rice cakes are from Stew Leonard's- dunno if you all have one near you, but if you do, pick up their chocolate covered rice cakes!)

    yeah I was pretty disappointed when I saw that was the flavor.
    not as disappointed as I was when I woke up this morning really really sick so I couldn't go visit my mom and dad (can't get Dad sick) and had to miss out on a shrimp scampi dinner :evil:

    the b&r ice cream is chocolate ice cream with real, frozen pb chunks in it :drolls:

    What wine would go well with peanut butter?

    When I have thai, (occasionally with peanuts, or peanut sauce), a good white will do ... a reisling or gewurztraminer.

    Adam's crunchy is the best peanut butter made...bar none!
