Song/Video from 1990/1991 -

I've been trying to think of the name of a particular song that was really popular around late 1990 and early 1991 that also had a video that ran in regular rotation on MTV and VH1. I've typed in everything I can think of into Google, but I can't locate it. If I remember correctly, the song didn't have a lot of lyrics, but it did have some type of weird chanting (both male and female voices, I think) and maybe some lyrics in a language other than English. The video is very haunting and dark; it features people who remind me of monks or some other type of religious figures.
I know there has to be somebody on this message board who knows the song I'm talking about.

Sadness!!!!! That's it. I forgot that it was Enigma. Good stuff. Return to Innocence is a good one also.
Thank you!
