    ...obviously meaning he wasn't concerned that the health care bill was unconstitutional. Nice to see how the right wing continues to take statements out of context.

    Furthermore,I'd like to see specific instances of him acting in a REALLY unconstitutional manner, such as.. see... ordering invasions of foreign countries that pose no threat to us?

    No one cared about the constitution...until January 2009. Now it's the cool thing to do. It's like campaigning against rape, when you are a registered sex offender and have a history of it.
