iPhone syncing problem (Backspacer)

I tried to sync Backspacer onto my iPhone, and when I see the album, there are only songs 1-8. But when I look at songs individually, I do find Speed Of Sound, Force Of Nature, and The End listed. How do I get those last three songs to be included in "Backspacer" on my iPhone?

    Strange. Do you have any filters on your sync preferences that might prevent the last 3 songs from being synced? (Star ratings, play times, bit rate... etc)
