Everyone who gets 10c tix are entered in the lotto. The 1st, 2nd, 9th, and 10th rows are reserved for lotto winners. The only way to tell if you hit the lotto is to go to the venue on the day of the show, pick up your tickets from will call, and look at what row you got. You can't tell in advance. Good luck

Of all these 10C # posts about #'s and seats, I have yet to see a number higher that mine (450XXX). I got tix for Boston and Hartford and I feel pretty lucky for that; not too concerned about where I will sit at this point.
Are there 450,000 members? Do they every purge the expired/non renewed numbers to get a more accurate number of 10C members? Who is fan #1?

From then in Boston I've been to both shows each tour and seating is all over the place but has been getting farther and farther back. In 2006 I was 12 rows back but 2008 worst seats ever 24 and 26 rows back, top of section.
But hey I get them cheaper and when I turn around and see all those thousands behind me and nosebleed I can't complain.
Wonder what Hartford and Boston will bring this tour.

I have a friend that is NOT a 10c member with 4th row but I have not seen the tic. yet. I do not thank the 10c tic. sold out for this show! So I thank that would mean there we come frist 3 rows? I do not know?

I wouldn't count on first 3 rows. I imagine 10club sold more than 150 or so seats.
Your friend with a 4th row non 10c ticket (if its legit) could have aquired it a couple of ways:
A. If the venue has VIP/season tix as many do, 10c likely didn't get these seats. For example the last couple shows in Hartford, down front every other row was non 10club due to the venues VIP seating (glad this year its moved to the civic center).
2. If your friend has a single ticket, its plausible that there are an odd number of seats in the 4th row (and other rows), and since 10c seats are sold only in pairs, the odd single seat hits the general sale.
With 428xxx your only chance at being right down front is the lottery, but in Buffalo you should get decent seats.

Going to Buffalo, NY 5-10

Your friend with a 4th row non 10c ticket (if its legit) could have aquired it a couple of ways:
A. If the venue has VIP/season tix as many do, 10c likely didn't get these seats. For example the last couple shows in Hartford, down front every other row was non 10club due to the venues VIP seating (glad this year its moved to the civic center).
2. If your friend has a single ticket, its plausible that there are an odd number of seats in the 4th row (and other rows), and since 10c seats are sold only in pairs, the odd single seat hits the general sale.

i had almost 14th row in both KC and StL. In Fact, 14th row seats 11&12 first night, 9&10 night 2.
