  • There's a small franchise in New York called goodburger - do they have it elsewhere? Anyway they use fresh ground beef (their mantra is "Never Frozen!") and the food is made to order. For $12 (including fries and a drink) you could do a lot worse in midtown.

Harvey's had some sweet veggie burgers. This time of holy month, it was one of my favorites.
The patties were 2 times bigger then what BK served @ the same cost.

Though I totally miss In N' Out Burger back back in LA! :(
  • this thread has been hijacked by burgers!!! try Jackson Hole in NYC (3rd Ave. & 36th Street) awesome greasy burgers & steak fries w/ an extra thick chocolate shake. you can feel your arteries clogging after each bite.
Everything has chains, absolutely nothing's changed...

If You're from Fairfield County in CT you have to do Merrit Canteen (In Bridgeport), Overton's Seafood (in East Norwalk), and Zorr Burger (Lake Zorr, Newtown).

Also, as a chain, Duchess is the best burger chain in existance....and yes I have had In and Out and all those crazy ones on the wwest coast a few times
