    no, you really wouldn't ......trust me

    while the band and crew are all doing cool shit, like setting up, soundchecking, playing, you are scrambling to find a Costco and cooking for a hundred people a night in less than ideal kitchens......I've been a chef for too many years now (and still am)

    Gary Allan, the country singer happened into my restaurant about two months ago, his tour manager asked me if I would be their chef and I said no thanks!

    It ain't glamorous.......... ;)

    How would I even go about that?? I assume that the chef works for some company or was hand picked by the band. Also the chef coud work for the record label.
