I went to the culinary institute of America and I would love to be able to work for their personal chef while they tour
no, you really wouldn't ......trust me
while the band and crew are all doing cool shit, like setting up, soundchecking, playing, you are scrambling to find a Costco and cooking for a hundred people a night in less than ideal kitchens......I've been a chef for too many years now (and still am)
Gary Allan, the country singer happened into my restaurant about two months ago, his tour manager asked me if I would be their chef and I said no thanks!
It ain't glamorous..........
"No way to save someone who won't take the rope, and just lets go..."
How would I even go about that?? I assume that the chef works for some company or was hand picked by the band. Also the chef coud work for the record label.
If I were Eddie Vedder, would you like me any better? - Local H
