Hi there.
Does anyone know what kind of bird is on the 2009 Christchurch poster?
Is it pertinent to New Zealand culture?
Any other info about the design of this poster?

    I just know it says Christchurch, New Zealand in both English and Maori. That and it's a badass poster.

    From memory someone mentioned it was a 'kea'. I could be way wrong though : )

    Just found out it's a Harrier Hawk...also known to the Maoris as Kahu.
