You are going to a concert, of course you load cash. Who wants to be behind the guy with the CC at show as well?

    They take CC.
There are a couple of large merchandise stands outside of the doors to enter the arena; if you are there early, it wont be too bad. Once you are in the arena, the stands are scattered throughout the arena and its hit or miss.

For the love of God bring cash.
    The lines are long enough
people that need to try on the shirts before purchasing,
credit cards being run through the readers,
not to mention all of the concession workers that realiuze these Pearl Jam fans are
foaming at the mouth for all this merchandise-
( theres much speculation that these concession workers hoarded all of the MSG posters in 2003 - cuz they saw how we were going crazy to get them )
by the time you get up to the front all the posters are gone ,
please be considerate and transfer / exchange to CASH so that the lines move swiftly .
For the ones who had a notion, a notion deep inside
That it ain't no sin to be glad you're alive

never tell a noob that the merch tables take credit.

honestly, people who use credit are such selfish pricks. all you are doing is slowing up the line and making everyone else wait. take the 3 minutes to hit up an atm before the show.

people who use credit at the merch stand are one of my pet peeves.....so aggravating
i have a paper here that entitles me to fast track status

Please....you guys need to all relax. Cash and credit take the exact same amount of time. Ever seen when the merch guys run out of change? Or the guy whose buying sticker packets with a 50?

    Cash is for beer.

I'll be at MSG, both nights, with my MasterCard. Just to spite all you smug, holier-than-thou guys who think you're the authority on the "proper" way to attend a rock concert.

Merch lines are long no matter what. Suck it up and "just breathe". It's tense people like you that take away from the show. Everyone is there to rock out to pj. Why hate on each other.

In my experience, CC is quicker than cash because the guy can help te next person while you're signing your bill. In Toronto I think they even had the no signing pay pass set up at a merch stand.

Bring both. If you're looking for shirts & gear, they are scattered all around the MSG floors. But what I remembered the 1st floor only had the posters for sale back in '07. If 10club does the presale posters like they did for the 2009 tour & seeing that after the show's the posters are still selling in the goods section, don't worry about it. :)
