Ah man that is not cool :( Seems like he's just swapped drugs for alcohol and thinks that's perfectly acceptable. He really needs to get his shit together, I'd be so pissed off if I forked out my hard earned cash to see them and he put on such a sloppy show.

Looks good on Scott. I'm so sick of this guy. He has had more chances than any other person in world on avoiding jail. Obivously he doesn't get it. He just keeps doing the drugs and booze and hasn't learned anything. I know he has a problem, but cmon how many chances do you expect people to give you. I hope he is done for good. I thought the first STP cd was awesome, everything after that has sucked big time in my opinion. So I really don't care for this clown

To be fair I read that he's on meds for a broken heel so I guess that mixed with booze could have screwed him up, let's just hope it's not a sign of things to come.

    Scott, Scott, Scott...

How many times does this need to happen to him? In all honesty, this has to be one of the more embarassing moments. In front of that entire audience, and you're band mates just give up on you in the middle of a performance. Then, you're left there drunk looking like a bafoon.

Yeah their headlining the MMRBQ the day after (luckily I didn't get tix for that).

I wonder if someone got video of him walking out on him.

I did find video of Scott falling off stage

not sure who to blame on this one.

This could have been just a comedy of errors.

It looked like Weiland went into the chorus when it should have gone into the bridge. Then half the band tried to follow Scott into the chorus while the other half tried to stay into the bridge. Then Scott realized he fucked up and tried to seemlessly go back into the back into the bridge, but at that time it was time to go into the chorus...se he was just stuck doing his ad-libby-halfway-inbetween lyrics of both parts.

Meanwhile the band still aren't sure if they should be playing the chorus...the bridge...or the new verse.

Seeing the band before, they put on a very tight show and don't seem to have a sense of humor for flubs, errors, adlibs, or improvs (which was a bit of a dissapointment). An error this large could have pissed off the Deleo brothers to the point of walking off stage.

So are we dealing with prima donnas and a clash of personalities? or a relapse?

I'd love to agree with you on this one mookeywrench, but something deeper seems to be afoot.

They know that STP is their meal ticket. The band's reputation seems to be taking a harsh beating, so they may as well salvage what they can.

I wonder when people will wise-up and stop buying tickets for STP shows.

Some bands can get away with these antics, but for a nostalgia act, the people just want to hear the old songs.

Me too, but I did miss their SLC show in 2008 in order to fly to Florida for a week and catch PJ in Tampa. A fair trade, I thought. 8-)
