The artists way

anyone ever read this? Finally picked it up, based on a recommendation, one of you guys made, way back in like June of last year. Anyways, its done wonders for me. I am 3 weeks in, and have dramatically improved my lot, going from being unable to write and be create (being blocked), to now writing 3 pages every single day now for 3 weeks, doing an artist date (glassblowing demo, art museum and seeing my first 3d movie), and have done the weekly tasks I am asked to do, or have done the first two weeks, and still have a few more to do in this week.
Anyways, the point is, its pretty cool how changed i am. I wrote on this board like in June, saying I wanted to be creative, and express myself but couldnt. Now, I feel like I need to, and have an outlet. I feel confident that I can finish the rest of the "course", and continue doing all this, for 9 more weeks.
I feel creative, and repeat to myself, twice a day now, the affirmations the book recommended, that I can do this, that I am creative, that I am who I need to be and so on. And when my mind does go negative, and I start thinking bad thoughts or negative things, i immediate, think of "confessing" in my morning pages each day.
I am an artist. I am creative. And I want to spend the rest of my life doing so.
Thanks whoever recommended the book. I have a long way to go, but I have come so far!

I know you have been having a bit of a fight trying to "find yourself".
I also know that in some threads I've not been so supportive of you and the choices you have made.
Anyway, I'm happy to hear that you are finding a way to express yourself in a way that makes you feel good.
I look forward to hearing of your progress, and I hope to see, read, or hear which ways you choose to
express yourself in the arts.
keep it up my friend. there is no greater feeling, than one of expression.
I'm sure it don't mean anything to you, but I'm proud of you.
good luck bro.
