Eddie Wearing a Swastika?

I don't mean to freak anyone out, but while watching Imagine in Cornice, I noticed that Eddie has a swastika on the back of his shirt! Has anyone else noticed this? It is during blood. You can most clearly see it when it slows down in the middle.

That symbol has been around thousands of years, and used positively in many cultures.

    http://www.associatedcontent.com/articl ... tml?cat=37

"Before the symbols meaning was changed, the swastika was used to represent "life, sun, power, strength, and good luck". Many cultures consider the emblem to be sacred part of their lives and faith. How did this positive symbol, become an emblem of hate that is recognized around the world? These types of crosses have been found on "artifacts" found in "Sanskrit" and "the ancient city of Troy" (American-Israeli, 2007). Surprisingly, even old Jewish temples have been found with a swastika symbols on it."

Yeah I knew that was the case, I was just still surprised to see it since it is still considered to be so controversial. Thanks though.

Before you all get carried away, that shirt is a Plasmatics shirt. On the back is a swastika with a red circle and a slash through it. It says Say No to Nazis or something like that.

You just can't see the red circle and slash, that's all.

No statement behind it. Just a punk rock shirt

Yeah and actually I was off a little. It is a red X over it that you can't see. And it says Stamp Out Gestapo Tactics.

You can buy this shirt online.

Good to know, thanks. Was just curious if anyone knew what it was. I didn't think Ed would actually wear a swastika.

glad you got it cleared up. didn't mean to sound so gnarly earlier. I just hate how rumors get started and it struck a nerve with me b/c of my buddy passing. So this is me taking my man-pill and saying sorry for being so harsh.....cheers!
