We all know just how good PJ is at covering songs from bands they like at their live shows. But are there any songs that you would love to hear live. Can't actually say if they ever played these, but I think not. Would love to hear it though:
LA WOMAN by The Doors
Long Long Long by The Beatles
Free Bird- Lynyrd Skynyrd

I would like to hear their take on this song
in fact, I've always said they should hit the studio and remake Quadrophenia. And I've been saying it before they did Love Reign o'er Me & Real Me
DEGENERATE FUK
This place is dead
"THERE ARE NO CLIQUES, ONLY THOSE WHO DON'T JOIN THE FUN" - Empty circa 2015
"Kfsbho&$thncds" - F Me In the Brain - circa 2015
Bad, bad Leroy Brown
Where I'm not ugly and you're lookin' at me
Iron Maiden - Wrathchild
Band of Gypsys - Machine Gun
the song has the message I feel PEARL JAM has always promoted "If you wanna make the world a better place, take a look at yourself and make that change!"

Everything this band does is great, including their choice of cover songs.
License to Kill... good call. The Tom Petty version from the 30th anniversary concert is great.
Agree. That whole concert kicks ass; the Petty performance is one of the best.

It would just be interesting to hear their take because of how blues and jam based the guitar parts on those songs are as well as the vocals being so scratchy.
I wonder how "Nearly Lost You" by the Screaming Trees would sound as well.

i know! ive been listing this one for years whenever there has been one of these "songs you'd like to hear pj cover" threads
or I will settle for Harvest Moon in Hartford.
This song deserves to be heard -- someone should re-record it.
