Okay, so I tried this thread on the AET and didn't have much luck. So i thought that I would try it here. In regards to non-PJ related playlists: Do you make your own or do you just hit shuffle? If you do make a list, what inspires you?

Recently I've made a few playlists based on the television show Supernatural. Most of the songs have been used in the program. However, some, particularly the Zepplin ones, are too cost prohibitive to use so the creator and/or writer(s) might entitle an episode based on a particular song title or lyric. I have also added some songs (about ten of them) that I thought would/could or should be included cause they either suit the theme or the mood of the show. This is the playlist that I am currently listening to (I broke it up so that it would be easier to read).

you should break it up a little so your not listening to the same band multiple songs in a row, I'm going to make a 12-hour long playlist for my drive to school (from long island new york, go to school in dayton ohio) and i feel like listening to multiple songs from the same band in a row makes the list a little boring

I tend to have a few playlists I listen to consistently.

    1) Not Rated - Smart Playlist - Songs that are not rated, use this to rate songs.
    2) 5 Stars - Smart Playlist - Songs that are only 5 stars
    3) 4/5 Stars - Smart Playlist - Songs that are either 4/5 Stars
    4) High Rated/Not Played - Smart Playlist - Based on 4/5 Stars Playlist, but only those songs that haven't been played in 90 or more days.

I like this way, it's much more random as to the style and genre I'm going to get. Otherwise I still tend to search for a specific album or artist, if i'm not in the mood for random.

Otherwise, it's mostly playlists for songs my kids like, for when I'm driving them around.
"You're no help," he told the lime. This was unfair. It was only a lime; there was nothing special about it at all. It was doing the best it could.

I agree. The list needs a little tweaking. On a full listen-through the flow in some areas could be better. Some of the songs are in episodic order, that is the order in which the episodes aired, and could definitely be adjusted. I've got a 4-hour road trip coming up so I'll take notes as I go :D
