I’ve just seen a movie called Crazy Heart with the dude Jeff Bridges check it out, Jeff’s on the soundtrack.....damn he can sing.

    I really want to see this film, all the clips looked great. Might have to wait until it comes out on DVD though - don't think our local is showing it.

    it's a very good film. jeff bridges is of course the dude. he always will be. there's a nice allusion to the big lebowski in the opening scene...he plays a gig at a bowling ally.
    Beavis: All my friends are brown and red? What does that mean?
    Butthead: It means that his friends are like turds and that they like suck.
    Beavis: Heh heh. Oh yeah. Yeah! Get those spoons out of my face before I shove them up your butt!
    Butthead: Huh huh.

    He was fantastic in this movie and deserved all the awards he has won. I too was impressed with his singing. Great music in this film.
    It makes much more sense to live in the present tense.

    Saw this like 2 months ago. There's a reason he won best actor. Everything he touches turns to gold.

    i saw him sing on leno or something for the media circuit and it was fantastic. still need to see this movie.

    I've been really wanting to see this.

    Jeff Bridges did himself a huge favor when he played The Dude, that character will forever be iconic.

    Jeff Bridges is the coolest. I saw the movie a couple of months ago and was blown away by his performance. He dissapears into the character of Bad Blake and never comes out. It's an incredibly understated and powerful acting performance. The fact that he sings and plays everything in the movie is just icing.
