I was trying the bid your own price for Hartford Downtown and was rejected all the way to $97 bid. Priceline was offering the Crowne Plaza Downtown Hartford hotel at $103 a night which came to $116.67 with all fees and taxes. Hopes this helps with the hotel hunt. I read Hartford Hilton was at $159 a night now. and Hilton through priceline is at $199 before taxes.
